We primarily use standing-seam or flat-seam metal panels. The final profile, gauge, coating, and fastening system are selected for the building design, roof geometry, and site exposure and listed in the contract specifications.

The hard part of an addition is where it meets the house you already have, so we handle the structural work, the roofline tie-in, and the permit, and we keep the finish consistent with the original.

This is where the company started, with years of high-end interior work across Kansas City, and it is the standard everything else is measured against. Clean job sites, clear schedules, and written project-specific workmanship coverage stated in the signed agreement.
