Cartwright Construction was founded in 2020 by Ryan Cartwright, who brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the trades. It began with custom carpentry and structural work, grew through years of high-end interior remodels across Kansas City, and now applies that same finish standard to custom homes, additions, barndominiums, garages, and shops. Based in Liberty, we work across Missouri with most projects in the Northland: Kearney, Smithville, Gladstone, Parkville, Platte City, Excelsior Springs, and North Kansas City.
We coordinate design, pricing, permits, scheduling, and project management from initial review through punch list. Experienced local subcontractors perform the trade work under documented scopes and company oversight at each phase.
Customers receive published model prices where available, written scopes, and a response within one business day. Every new construction agreement includes our 10-year limited workmanship and structural warranty for work within the signed scope. Coverage starts at substantial completion. Manufacturer product warranties apply separately, while our installation workmanship remains covered.
